Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good stay. The house is nicely decorated and stocked well with the basic essentials. It’s a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The area is quiet and safe. We had a few issues. I had to clean a fair number of kitchen utensils before using them as they were visibly dirty. Prior guests had not cleaned the grill properly and there was a grease fire that occurred inside the grill when we started it to cook our dinner. Home has a strong “musty” odor and I suspect there is a hidden mold/mildew issue somewhere as we experienced allergy issues upon entering the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Sandpiper! It was so beautifully decorated and in a great location to easily walk to the shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept the home very cool. We plan on renting it again!
