Neah-kah-nie - Beach Bungalow is a classic beach cottage situated below Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain on a large sloping lot across the street from the beautiful Manzanita beach surrounded by other beach cottages. A new ocean-facing deck with a couple of Adirondack chairs has been added for extra convenience!
This single-level home has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms with an extra shower room. Enjoy your meals and play games with the family in front of the big windows and admire the view of the ocean. Cozy up and relax in front of the electric fireplace and watch the flames flicker in the very comfortable, large, wood-paneled living room with vaulted ceilings. Read your favorite book or gaze at the ocean from a lawn chair while the children play tag or toss a Frisbee on the large open lawn.
Cross the street to the hidden, magical footpath that leads to Manzanita Beach, seven miles of beautiful sandy beach, which will beckon the beachcomber in you.

Summary: This is an older but functional cabin with a view and a very short walk to the beach. The house has lots of little built-in cabinets and a large living room. We liked the quiet neighborhood. The beach access is not obvious: it is across the street, look for a florescent tag and a tiny bridge. We didn't find it until someone pointed it out. It is a quiet part of the beach, and we enjoyed watching surfers and a seal play in the waves. The kitchen is stocked with all of the cooking and serving dishes you will need, but I recommend you bring foil/plastic wrap and cooking oil.

Summary: Loved our stay here. Beautiful home with a cozy living room for rainy days. Awesome views and a great spot to sit with coffee in the morning. The bunk beds made it easy for us to find everyone a bed. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: Welcoming, comfy, perfectly appointed. Bed was great, couch was great, rocking chair in front of window was also great. Beach access directly accross the street was a really nice surprise. The view from the deck was exceptional. Home is dated but it was quaint, not run down. Fresh, ripe blackberries lined the driveway. Had a handful on the 2 minute stroll to the beach. Love the adirondack chairs on the deck to watch the sunset and lightning. So sweet to provide towels and sheets to keep fur off the furniture. The tennis ball was a thoughtful addition. definitely the relaxing weekend we had so longed for. Thank you so much! We’ll be back for sure!

Summary: This home was very difficult to find on the dark as there is no address on the road. Also we pay for cleaning why do we need to strip beds & start laundry. Lean to for parking is very narrow & gutter drains into it so watch for water.
