Beach Dreams is a fully furnished, non-smoking, non-pet, immaculately kept 2 BR/2 BA town home in exclusive Barrier Dunes, a gated beach side community adjacent to Saint Joseph State Park. This unit has been recently remodeled and exceptionally well maintained with charming decor.
The unit has ceramic tile and hardwood floors, the family living area has a sleeper sofa, love seat, WiFi, TV w/flat screen, end tables and coffee table. Just off the living room is an open deck with table/chairs and gas grill. The deck has exterior stairs to the boardwalk that takes you to one of the three beach accesses, two pools, tennis courts, and ponds in Barrier Dunes.
The dining area has seating for six. The kitchen is well stocked and is equipped with utensils. coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice/maker and electric stove. There is an iron/ ironing board, full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
This town home has a spacious master suite on the second level, furnished with a king bed, dresser, flat screen TV . There is a private dressing area with double vanity, private bath with separate shower, garden size tub and water closet. This bedroom has a private open deck.
The second bedroom located on the first level is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, flat screen TV, full bathroom, and a private deck with great neighborhood views.
The unit has outside shower with hot and cold water, (2) beach chairs.

Summary: We had a great time on our quick beach getaway. The walk to the beach and pools was easy, and the condo was clean. The kitchen could be stocked a little better- we cooked our meals there, and the sleeper sofa mattress was not as comfy as my teen would have liked. Robert’s communication was clear, and he responded quickly to my questions. Overall, it was a great stay!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The property was as described and our only disappointment was a bit of lacking in kitchen ware. We were especially pleased with the property owner as I erroneously only reserved for 1 adult and there we’re actually 4 adults and two children. He graciously allowed us to increase our guests without an additional charge. He responded quickly when we had a question after arriving. We will definitely remember Robert at our next visit to the Cape.

Summary: Wonderful beach condo a short walk away from multiple beach access points including a ramp access which was important at 7 months pregnant! The condo was recently remodeled and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. If I could change/recommend anything I would add another seating option in the living room and a few more lamps in the living area and smaller bedroom. Overall great stay.

Summary: We spent a week here and had a really enjoyable, relaxing time. The kids enjoyed the 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, ponds and of course the short walk to the beach. About the only thing we could mention to make it better was having a working can opener. (We left a new one for the next guests.)
