Summary: The property was nice but the service at the beach club is absolutely horrendous!!! The food options were the worst I’ve ever had and any hotel/resort I’ve ever stayed! What few restaurants they had were closed half the time and the options were limited. The concierge was terrible as well. Tried to get reservations for water park area and nobody would ever call us back. The restaurants said they had no reservations yet hardly anybody was actually in the restaurant. Property was very nice but Truly the worst run resort I’ve ever experienced!!!!!
