1 Bedroom Apartment in Okitu

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our two storey dwelling and is fully self contained with it's own deck and patio outdoor area. It was lovingly built by my builder husband and completed in December 2018.

The apartment is located across the road from the beautiful wainui/okitu beach and has expansive sea views. The apartment is modern, clean and very spacious.

The photos just dont do the space inside or out justice.

Milk, tea, coffee and muesli is provided as well as beach towels, shampoo and body wash.

The apartment contains one queen bed in a separate bedroom and a couch/single sofa bed located in the lounge. We can also supply a portable cot of required.

This 1 Bedroom Apartment provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, TV, Bedding/Linens, for your convenience. This Apartment features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. The rental Apartment has 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom to make you feel right at home.

Summary: The property is very new. There are a few very minor things that could make it even better but we would be using this property if we were returning to the area. It has views of Wainui beach which is just over the road. The owners live on the property and were available and helpful. I would rate it 5 star

Summary: This is an excellent property just across the road from the beach. Sarah was on hand to answer questions and was kind enough to add a bed when a friend joined me for a couple of nights. Basics plus fruit available and appreciated. A lovely stay and I highly recommend it.

Summary: The one-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated and maintained with a fabulous view of the ocean. The neighbours two sheep in the paddock beside were also very welcoming! A wonderful stay.
