Beautifully appointed first-floor unit located in The Fishery condo complex on Ocean Avenue in Ship Bottom. The unit is on the north end of the complex consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Interior access to the pool and ocean. Nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen.
Beach and pool passes are included with the rental. Blankets and pillows are provided. Linens and towels are NOT provided. Beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrellas are NOT provided. All bedrooms have TV's with streaming services. The Master bedroom has cable TV as well.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday is required during the in-season. Off-season rentals please contact the owner.

Summary: This oceanfront condo was perfect for our small family’s beach getaway. There was easy access to the pool and beach which was perfect with small kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We would most certainly consider renting again next year.

Summary: Great location in the very center of LBI on the water, only a few mins over the bridge, right on the beach. The condo is like what you'd expect to find in your dream beach condo and I compliment the owners on their ocean-themed decorations and wall art. Lots of stores within a mile radius for subs, donuts, bagels, shopping, and various eateries. We had some rain during our week, and it was nice that they had a cabinet filled with games and books- I actually read one of the novels. Condo is very secured- door codes required to enter the parking, building, and pool areas. I want to compliment the Ship Bottom lifeguards and beach patrol- everyone was so friendly smiling and waving when you walked by. My only recommendation (really for the condo owner on the upper level) is for them to install some area rugs to muffle their footsteps. Overall a great stay and I would return.

Summary: My family had a wonderful stay at the Hogan condo at The Fishery! We loved the space, the check-in process was so east, it was cozy and comfortable and we loved the easy beach access and pool and as long-time annual visitors to LBI my family really enjoyed staying in a new spot and would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this condo in LBI. Owners are super responsive and would get back to us right away with any questions we had. The condo itself is lovely and spotless upon arrival. SO CLEAN! You cannot beat the location, the private walk to the beach, and the pool. Fantastic! The only downside, if there were to be one, was the upstairs neighbors. They were rather noisy and decided to clean their decks while we were there which sent dirty water down below to us while we were sitting outside. This is not the owners fault, but a heads up: if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a box fan or a sound machine to drown out the noise from above.

Summary: Some updating of kitchen items would be helpful. A few glasses were cracked and unusable. The pancakes were hard to extract from the larger cooking pan (even with the use of butter and medium heat). Other than that, the beds were comfy, the Unit was clean and in good shape. The washer and dryer worked well. Pool (heated) hours should be extended to 9:00 p.m. in the summer for adults who don't do well in the ocean. Nothing like an evening swim in the summer! We had a wonderful vacation here. Thanks Margaret!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Condo in great shape. Location good in the middle of everything on LBI. It was a plus having access to the pool. Depending on the finances and timing next year if available we may consider a return rental.

Summary: Property owners were terrific. Provided all the information needed beforehand. Very clean and modern.. condo was spacious including full size washer and dryer. Views were nice. Heated pool was the best. Private walkway to beach was excellent. Within walking distance of Ron Jon surf shop, CVS, hotel LBI, pizza shop.

Summary: The condo was ideally located, with easy access to the pool and beach. The apartment was clean and spacious with new lovely furnishings, comfortable beds and every amenity. The hosts were gracious and helpful. We loved our week here.
