Positive: The location was excellent next to pizza place Chinese takeaway and above a COOP. The property is dated but the views were good, we had an issue with a leaking shower we reported it and did not use it again. It was comfortable warm and cosy. A good base for our adventures on Arran.
Negative: The leaking shower as I stated, and the property being a bit dated. An airfryer might be a good wee investment and also an electrical check throughout the property.

Positive: The property is very well located in Brodick Bay it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The 2 walk in showers on the flat level look fairly new.
Negative: The property is tired looking and badly needs new windows. Many of these don’t work properly and have large gaps in places. The storage heaters are very old and unsightly needing replaced or at the very least refurbished. Lounge furniture is basic and dated, also table has been crudely repaired. Front door area needs regular cleaning. Outside appearance is also tired and could do with a paint. Entrance stairway is steep and internally stairs to 3rd bedroom are tight and sharp incline. Not sure these stairs at DDA compliant? Described as a luxury flat - I would rate it as 2/3 stars at best.
Summary: A well located and comfortable flat. Needs some TLC and further upgrading.
