Positive: The villa was absolutely stunning. The view from the master bedroom was so beautiful. The surrounding area is also beautiful as there is a lovely walk down to the the pebbly beach. The pool is not heated however there was a heated hot tub which was fantastic. But the tiles near the patio and around the villa are very slippery so it’s important to be careful. I unfortunately fell and fractured my fingers.
Negative: Transfer was booked a week in advance but when we landed we found out that it was never booked by the ezoria team. Michelle who was meant to be our ‘host’ was VERY unhelpful. First she said she was going to call me back within 5 mins but we waited over 20 mins before she called and said there was a mixup. At that point we expected a new one to be booked but this wasn’t done. We then decided to get a taxi from the airport to the villa. The taxi driver was an absolute idiot and dropped us off in the middle of now where. At that point I called Michelle who was unhelpful and didn’t really do much to help. She seemed very flustered herself. However, the next time I called I was lucky enough to get through to Dave who was our knight in shining armour who actually was able to direct us to the villa. He kept calling us back to ensure we had got to the villa. He also put the heating and hot tub on which was super nice. Michelle did not call us back to check if we had got to the villa!! It took us over an hour to walk to the villa…at no point did anyone take the initiative to come and find us and give us a lift to the villa. The customer service was atrocious. The reason we got through to Dave was because Michelle did not answer our calls!! This was really horrible start to our holiday. Later that evening I asked her for recommendations for a nice restaurant. She did give some but was very blunt on whatsapp and said I should just ‘type in google’. I also asked if she could call a taxi for us where she replied ‘Hi Your address is MiIlouthkion Street 11A, Kissonerga, Paphos Just add the taxi numbers and send the address via text message to them’. She didn’t give us anymore info. Very bad customer service!!! However, we received fantastic customer service from Dave! He recommended places for us to visit and also guided me to a convenience store nearby. Anytime I had a question he would respond very quickly on WhatsApp. Michelle didn’t bother to check in at all with us.
