Positive: Very nicely appointed in a rural setting. Lots of room and beautiful gardens and patio. Lovely sunroom. Nice TV and shared streaming service.
Negative: Lights were hard to figure and some did not work. Switch system complex. No toaster in kitchen. Master bed was dangerously high and very hard for 5 foot 4 inch person to get into. Had to running leap onto bed. Driveway blocked from being horseshoe so leaving property a bit harder than necessary as had to back out instead of circular drive.

Positive: The house is spacious and well equipped, perfect for a couple (and would be great too if you brought kids). The fenced in yard made it so easy to bring our pup, there was even left a full bowl of water for her, the host was wonderful to work with 😊.
Negative: If two couples- one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, but the second bedroom’s access to a bathroom is the bathroom on the first floor (not ideal if you’re in that room). This was NOT an issue for us, the second bathroom was great to have on the first floor.
Summary: Cute and kitschy, we would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Great location for trips to the beach and Assateague.
Negative: The big fenced yard isn’t connected to the property so we had to put the dogs on leashes, walk outside to another gate, open the gate and let them off leash. I thought we’d just be able to open a door and they’d be able to run out. My fault for not double checking.

Positive: Beautifully decorated home and gorgeous outdoor bar area with fully fenced yard! The hostess created a little paradise in her garden.
Negative: The AC units upstairs don't really cool the bedrooms. They probably need to be replaced with newer units. The bed in the smaller bedroom is a little too soft and bouncy. A firmer mattress would be better, but that might just be preference.
Summary: Perfect location for a weekend at the beach!
