Beautiful 3 story Victorian in the heart of Beach Haven with 11' x 23' inground pool! Beautiful wrap around porch to sit and relax after a day at the beach and enjoy the cool night breezes. On the second floor is the Master suite with king size bed, full bathroom and a walk out deck overlooking the back yard and pool. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor, each with a queen size bed. One full bath with shower on second floor. Going up the full staircase to the third floor is an open layout. One side of the 3rd floor loft has two twin beds, and the other side of the loft has two full size beds and TV. This loft is very large and airy and the kids love it! The first floor has an open floor plan with a roomy living and dining room area, full size kitchen with bar seating and well equipped kitchen. Another full bathroom with shower and mud room finish off the first floor. The mud room leads to the backyard. Out back is a small gated deck leading to the pool and paver patio, outdoor shower, outdoor grill for scrumptous meals, and pool furniture to kick back in. The entire back yard is fenced in. The entire house was renovated top to bottom in 2016, has central air conditioning, and has all the modern amenities you want on your beach vacation. Located in Historic Beach Haven, you can park your car and walk to everything including Murphy's Market, Bicentennial Park, Surflight Theater, Restaurants, Bars, miniature golf, and all that Beach Haven has to offer. Available for weddings and special events off season.

Summary: This house was great for gathering with friends. The living area, dining room, and kitchen were very spacious. One of the best features is the location. Once we arrived at the house we never needed to get back in our cars until it was time to leave!

Summary: Big, comfortable home. Great for our group of friends in town for a wedding. The house is walking distance to everything you need, a fabulous plus. TVs in each room is a nice touch! Hope to come back soon.

Summary: My son got married at the Sea Shell on Friday 10/20/23. My whole family plus a few groomsmen stayed here and it was fabulous! The space on every floor was perfect. Even our two little granddaughters slept soundly on the top loft floor in the single captain beds. The house definitely presents itself much bigger in person than the pics on line show. All our groomsmen came to the house to get dressed and ready for the wedding day event and there was more than enough room for all included. (My son had 13 groomsmen). Also the Murphy’s Market is right across the street. Very convenient! The owner Harry could not have been more accommodating. Everything was exactly the way he stated. He couldn’t have been nicer. Don’t pass up the opportunity to have a family vacation at this location.You won’t regret it!

Summary: We had such a wonderful time staying at this home for the week. It is so perfectly located and everything is walkable. Our teenage kids loved having the independence of heading into town and teen night on their own and we felt safe knowing how close they were. Also, it is so close to live music in the evenings and the park for concerts. The grocery store is directly across the street which makes for quick and easy pick ups. We spent every day having a leisurely coffee on the front porch. The house has everything you could need and it’s very comfortable. We all felt like we had our own space, and we loved being able to be together, it is a brilliant home to spend a lovely vacation!

Summary: Great location! Many activities, beach, and shop's in walking distance, car didn't move much. Plenty of space for all. Kids loved the pool and their own space upstairs. House had everything we needed for our stay. Harry was great to work with. We had a great vacation.
