Spacious Beach Haven West Family vacation rental home on an unusually large piece of property located at the end of a peaceful and beautiful cul-de-sac. The large maintained lawn is perfect for children and pets to run and play. A built in pool provides for sand free swimming in your back yard. Outside shower for easy cleanup. Wrap around deck with retractable awning and outdoor table and chairs for dining, BBQ-ing and sunbathing. Beautiful views from the deck give you a perfect place to unwind and relax with a drink at the end of a busy, fun filled day.
The First floor features one bedroom with a king bed and sliding doors to patio, a second bedroom off the family room with a Queen bed, living room, two full bathrooms, large eat-in-kitchen with sliding doors to patio, washer/dryer . Patio has table, chairs and awning, large deck, wrap around boat dock, Wave runner/Jet Ski lift. Large landscaped, fenced in, backyard with inground pool. (pool is closed from October - May) and fire pit. While staying in this fully furnished Beach Haven West Vacation Home you will also find a TV and HD DVD player in the living room and a small TV in the smaller bedroom upstairs.
The Second floor features three (3) bedrooms, one (1) bath. The rear bedroom has two (2) full and one (1) twin bed, the middle smaller bedroom has two (2) twin beds, and the Master Bedroom has a king bed and a twin trundle which pulls out to a king..
We would be happy to have you experience the wonderful summer days by the pool and the cool Autumn and Spring Nights on the patio. You can have peace of mind by having your boat docked adjacent to the property on our private dock. With a quick skip and jump you can be fishing, crabbing, cruising or just sitting and enjoying. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via e-mail or by phone. Please note that we rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. We can not accommodate any weekend or shorter term rentals.
Linens including Pillows & Blankets along with sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach/pool towels, etc. are NOT supplied. If you would rather not bring your linens, you can rent linens from Bed & Bath Linen Rentals, LLC. Please visit them on their website.

Summary: Was just as described. Had to go thru the single bed room to get to back bedroom but we were fine with it! The shower door fell off the runner but again we had three other showers. Stuff happens right? The pool was the cats meow to my 7 Grandkids. The parking at the beach on the side road was a piece of cake and I was a worried about finding a place to park. We had a great house and a wonderful vacation. Went to lighthouse, mini golf, shopping, fantasy island rides, and ice cream parlor. Lots to do or just sit at the pool and relax.

Summary: We loved the home it was big enough for our large family with room to spare. The pool was a big hit for our group and the great weather helped. We had ample parking and the home was clean the beds comfortable. Could not ask for more!

Summary: One thing that you everyone must know is that the location is amazing and the pool is the best. The outdoor space is beautiful with the boats going past and the retractable awning made the deck cool and comfortable. There was also a lovely breeze being right on the bay. A few things in the house broke but a quick text to the property owners and it was fixed. The house is spacious with plenty of comfortable bedrooms. A few things to note: you have to walk through the bedroom with twin beds to get to the bedroom with the 3 beds. The queen bed on the main level is a pull out sofa. We also never got the TV’s to work but it was also nice not watching TV and having family quality time at the pool or around the fire pit. (Note: bring your own firewood and make sure to have lighter fluid. It a bit windy so you need it to get the fire lit) The shed had tons of pool toys for the kids, the fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. Such a great location that we all agreed to come back as soon as we can!

Summary: Our family has been coming to LBI/West Beach Haven for over 35 years. Our family now consists of our 2 sons and their wives and our 3 grandchildren. This home is the best house that we have rented for our family vacations down the shore. The property was clean and well kept. The pool was big and spacious and since we were blessed with the most beautiful weather of the summer, most of our time was spent in that pool! The deck was spacious and so convenient to the kitchen and master bedroom. The retractable awning over the deck was a life saver since there were some very sunny, hot days. Our children and the grandchildren had plenty of rooms for sleeping. My husband had reconstructive surgery on his foot and is unable to bear weight on his right foot at this time , so for him to be able to get in the house with only 3 steps and to have the deck so accessible was all we could hope for (believe me, the only goal he had going into surgery, was to be able to go to the shore with the family). We brought with us, crab traps and fishing poles. The grandkids had a blast crabbing! They asked several times an hour if they could check the crab traps! Our children and grandchildren, as well as my husband and me, are already looking forward to returning to this wonderful place next summer. Thank you, Jim and Betsy Issler

Summary: House had plenty of kitchen items, not enough chairs for eating since the house holds at least 12 people. I know you pay for linens but there was no blankets and only 4 pillows for 9 beds🤔 Overall it was great, the things above are minor, we are looking to go next year for 2 weeks👍

Summary: House accomodated our extended family very comfortably. Adults and kids alike enjoyed having a great in ground pool to cool off in every day. My sister in law, who is in a wheelchair, had a blast hanging out on deck and participating in all of the family activities. I look forward to coming back next year.
