5 Bedroom House in Ocean Beach

Light filled five bedroom home in Ocean Beach. Home is equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. Five bedrooms with luxurious linens, down duvets, and down pillows. 6 adult bicycles and 6 child bicycles. Outdoor patio seating for 12 and indoor dining table for 12. Family games, 3 cable televisions, high speed wifi. House is stocked with beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, wagon, all linens, and an enclosed cedar outdoor shower with changing room and skylight.
Historic five bedroom, one of the few in Ocean Beach. Perfect for 2 families + grandparents/nanny or suitable for 3 families. Home features the following:

All rooms have closets and individual remote controlled Fujitsu split unit air conditioning and heating in every bedroom allowing for room-by-room temperature control. We are located on Cottage between Ocean Beach town and Midway. Same block as Ocean Beach playground, 2 min walk to town, and 5 min walk to beach. Pack and play and one highchair available.
Ocean Beach is the island’s most populous village and is home to its biggest downtown, making it the unofficial capital of Fire Island that’s also among the area’s most popular destinations for visitors. Aside from its lifeguarded oceanfront, bayside marina and family friendly small town charm, the village is additionally home to about a dozen restaurants and bars with at least as many boutiques and gift shops—all of which welcome bare sandy feet.
Home rents for a min of 1 week during peak summer season. June 25 - Sept 04, 7 night min stay. This is not a party house. Including in the cleaning fee is a $100 rental permit required by Ocean Beach for all tenants to posses, we handle this for you. Pricing also includes the mandatory 3% county tax. Home rents for $9450 per week. One week min stay from June 29 until Memorial Day weekend. The house rents from Saturday to Saturday only during July and August.
$4000 for weekends in May and June, three nights, Friday to Monday or Thursday to Sunday.
$5000 for Memorial Day weekend, three nights, Friday to Monday.

Summary: House had everything to have us relax and enjoy ocean beach!! I loved the set up in the 1st floor .Lots of room for all our family to hang out .Bedrooms had comfy beds and closets in each room ! I loved riding bikes to the beach and around town ! Plenty of beach towels! And i was impressed with all the brand new beach chairs and umbrellas ! Definetly can just pack your bathing and go have a great vacation!!

Summary: The house was perfect for our group. Cory, the owner was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. House was very well equipped with all necessary amenities. I am "the cook" and the kitchen was very well appointed with all the tools I needed. I will also say, the kitchen prep knives were in great condition. Very sharp and a pleasure to work with! Summary: The house was in a perfect location. Just up the path from all the action but far enough away that you didn't hear it. A short stroll toward the shore and you were at the beach. Could not ask for more. The house was really well stocked, there was plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies and garbage bags. There was more than enough beach chairs and towels and although we did not have our kids with us I seen lots of toys they can use while staying. The owners were lovely to talk with responsive and when we were having an issue with getting the fridge cold they had someone there within 5 minutes for an easy fix. The main living space was lovely, large airy clean and comfy. It looked like it was recently renovated. Nicer than any beach house I've ever rented before! The exterior and bedrooms have not been updated in a while but had a charming beachy shabby chic vibe to them so that didn't bother me. The rooms were super comfortable and roomy with lots of storage and all the bedding and towels were spotless and fluffy. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job and were very accommodating when we were checking in and out. Basically we loved it and we will absolutely be back. Already trying to figure out when 😁

Summary: The house was very clean, had all the amenities, beach towels, bikes, board games which came in handy on a rainy day. Perfect location, and the owner Cory, was the sweetest, and very responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better house for a long weekend getaway. Highly recommend!!!

Summary: Lovely Beach Home ! Immaculate and lots of room! Great bike selection and plenty of beach amenities all easy to bring to the beach in the spacious wagon! The Bedding was so comfortable and the AC in every room was awesome!! Will definitely come back !!

Summary: I stayed here during Fourth of July week with two families and the house accommodated 10 people perfectly, we could have probably fit two more people very comfortably . The house is very nicely equipped with plenty of towels and all the amenities you would need. There were enough bicycles for about 6 to 8 people of various ages that came in very handy during the week. The living space was open and airy and spacious. The house was perfectly placed three minutes from the ferry one minute from town and a five minute walk to the beach. Cory could not have been more accommodating to me and my family and I would highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a wonderful and relaxing vacation that’s close to it all .
