The 1950s style brick, timber and fibro beach house at 18 Dilkera Road occupies one of the most prized positions in Tathra. Dilkera Road is often referred to as the ‘dress circle' of the town and this property takes a box seat. Tucked snuggle into the hill, the house escapes southerly winds, enjoying an enviable north-east aspect with commanding 180o views of the bush, beach and bay. Winter sun beams in throughout the day requiring very little artificial heating until later in the evening.
The property is one of the closest to the patrolled surf beach and is a just few minutes' walk from the popular bowling club and its restaurant and the local shops and cafes.
