This spacious, recently built home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 separate living spaces and ample outdoor entertaining with a huge backyard and putting green. This luxurious home is perfect for all types of stays from a romantic weekend, to multiple families and large groups of friends - sleeping up to 17 guest (up to 15 adults).
The beach, Rosebud Pier and cafes are just a few minutes drive, or a pleasant walk away. The home is also central to wineries, golf courses and the hot springs.
This modern home is fully equipped with entertainment and relaxation options for all ages.
On the lower level you’ll find the main lounge, entertainment and dining areas, a gas log fireplace, dining for 8 and an open plan kitchen.
Enjoy three separate living rooms, two with smart TVs and one that can be closed with a sliding door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a semi commercial oven, butler’s pantry, large fridge, a full suite of kitchen appliances - including an Aldi Pod Coffee Machine and breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.
Indoor dining for 8 opens onto a covered alfresco entertaining area, with a BBQ, dining for 8 and outdoor lounge area. The large deck steps look out to the putting green (clubs and balls provided), huge grass area and firepit with seating. A selection of outdoor lawn games including Jenga, Finska, Cornhole and Ring Toss are available to keep guests entertained.
Walk upstairs to another comfortable lounge room with smart TV, the main bathroom (with separate toilet) and 5 bedrooms with built in robes. The spacious master includes a beautifully presented ensuite.
For more entertainment options step through to the double garage and have a game of table tennis, or darts.

Summary: Well where do l start! The property was amazing and location excellent.Everything you could possibly need for a family birthday was right there. We all had an amazing time and Adrian's communication from the start of the booking to check in details on the day was bang on. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate going back.

Summary: I stayed here with my cousins and there children. It was such a great house for kids as they had loads of toys and space for the kids to play. There were 3 different living areas wich made it great for our large group because we didnt feel cramped and the kitchen was well equipped and sized well for a large house, imcluding the electric wood.fire kept the house toasty as we were there on a cold and wet weekend. The hosts were great at communicating and accomodating and quick to respond. Its also a 15 min walk to rosebud beach and the shopping strip. 100% reccommend the house and will stay again.
