This is my dream home! It was completed in 2015!
The home has bedrooms and the sun room on the first floor, washer/dryer, and a full bath. One room has bunk beds, and the living room and porch can sleep at least another couple or kids in each room. The second floor is an open floor plan. Gourmet kitchen with an attached deck for indoor/outdoor living. Third floor is the master with it's own bath and deck. Everything is top of the line. Only respectful families please. It is my dream home and I have put everything into it. The views are absolutely amazing from every angle! Looking for a family to relax and enjoy the house and area.

Summary: This was a Fantastic Beach House for everyone, the house was just as described and the views were amazing. Everyone loved it, there was plenty of room for all from the grandparents down to the 4 grandchildren and all 10 of us. My husband loved cooking on the grill for meals on the large deck. The gourmet kitchen had everything you would need and we loved the living room. Pool passes for the beach and beach chairs made it easy to get to every day and close enough to walk back for lunch. The owner was very helpful and so was his manager we can’t wait until we can go back for another Amazing Vacation!

Summary: We just loved Rose Island II ! Clean, bright, and beautiful! You can tell this home is loved, built and designed with care. The proximity to the beach and the beautiful views are perfect! We have stayed in the neighborhood before but we lucked out with this place. The owner was so awesome and accommodating, and the property managers was welcoming, friendly and helpful . I just can’t say enough good things about this place! We fell in love with the listing but it had exceeded our expectations.

Summary: The house was wonderful. Loved being so close to the ocean. The kitchen and the deck were my favorites! I wish it was available to rent again!

Summary: Both the owner and proper Manager could not have been more welcoming. The home was beautiful and well appointed for a family, with multiple sleeping areas, multiple levels allowing for privacy, large inviting decks with lots of chairs to enjoy the view, a gourmet kitchen and large baths. This was our first time using VRBO and our first full family vacation with both our grown daughters and their families. Would highly recommend!
