This fully self-contained, 1st floor, beachside apartment has three double bedrooms with a mixture of sleeping arrangements.

The master bedroom has a good sized en-suite bathroom and the flat also has a second, separate, family sized, bathroom for the rest of the family/guests.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including coffee and tea making facilities, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and oven as well as a decent supply of cutlery and crockery.

There is a good sized lounge with access to a private terrace with sea views as well as a laundry room with washing and drying facilities.

There are ceiling fans and air conditioning units throughout offering cooling and heating services depending on the season. If you prefer to holiday in winter, we've got you covered, as the lounge also houses a wood burning fireplace which helps to keep the place comfortably warm on the coldest winter nights.

During your stay, you can enjoy a good sized private outdoor space that includes a private pool, garden and outdoor kitchen that is only shared with the owners and their two dogs. The outdoor space is set up in such a way that prevents the owners' dogs from disturbing the guests and provides maximum privacy for all parties. The apartment is situated in a typical Spanish coastal village which offers all the advantages of easy access to the Mar Menor lagoon and the beach, without all the complications of excessive numbers of tourists. The beach is only a two minute walk away.

There are 3 bars and restaurants within walking distance of the flat, with many more within easy walking distance or easily accessible by car and a short drive away.

The beautiful and historic cities of Murcia (45 minutes drive) and Cartagena (20 minutes drive) are accessible by car, or by public transport which can be accessed by taxi (train station) or on foot (bus). There are also a number of other picturesque Spanish seaside resorts up and down the coast, all easily accessible by a short drive.

The communal areas (outside space, pool, garden and outside kitchen) are shared at all times with the owners and their dogs.

Pool heating is available in the low season (1 October to 30 April) at an additional cost of 15 € per day (payable locally on arrival). A week's notice is required to heat the pool to temperature and so please speak to the owners at the time of booking if you are interested in this option.
