Summary: This house was perfect for our group. The house was well stocked with all kitchen and bathroom essentials (better than any VRBO we have stayed at). The pool (we paid for heated option) was amazing! We loved being able to walk to a trail head of Shadow Mountain. The house is conveniently located so it was a short drive to baseball Spring Training games as well as other hikes or day trips. I highly recommend this property. They have thought of everything to make your vacation great!

Summary: House has a lot of features. Game room is fun and the yard is well maintained and really pretty. Pool is huge but during our stay the heater was not working but they made it right and gave us a refund. We walked the neighborhood- some homes are really nice others are questionable. I would have not let your younger kids walk the neighborhood. I would rent from Elite Properties again, just a different house when we visit again in the spring.

Summary: Very impressed with the House and property, everything was perfectly as advertised and I would stay there again without at a doubt. Fantastic place to stay for a relaxing vacation with friends. A few things to improve: the check-in process as not exactly clear, made for some trouble entering; the 10am check out was inconveinent; the heated pool was not particularly warm and would have been nice to control/set (especially considering this was an expensive extra charge).

Summary: Great house and safe neighborhood. Just 15-30min away from cool restaurants and attractions. Some won’t even deliver on Uber eats. Loved the pool, games room and volleyball courts. Second master was very small retro fitted room. All in all great house and experience. Just location not ideal.

Summary: Our three kids and parents loved our stay. There was SO MUCH to do at the house! Kids just ran from the game room to the pool to volleyball to the kitchen all day. Plenty of room for four adults and three kiddos.
