Summary: First let me say that Amy is an amazing host who very promptly answered my million and one questions before checking in. This property was exactly what my family and I needed while down there in February 2025. The water view is stunning, everything was immaculately cleaned and all the rooms comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely be back during the warmer months and will recommend this property to others.

Summary: My son was graduating from ODU and, being from the Philadelphia area, we wanted a comfortable place where all of the siblings and their significant others could stay together. This home surpassed our expectations! It’s absolutely beautiful, spacious enough to give everyone their own areas and the common living areas are so incredibly cozy. It was absolutely perfect!! We are hoping to return next year for a longer stay!

Summary: My family and I had a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday at Ocean View. The amenities were exceptional. The house was beautiful, immaculate, and comfortable, and the area was quiet and cozy. They even had toys for my grandbabies to play with when they visited. I truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this location

Summary: We all enjoyed our stay at Beach House on the Bay. Our group included two 30 somethings and six 60 somethings. The outside of the house was a not at all what we were expecting but the inside was just as pictured on the site and we were very pleased. It was clean, immaculate and comfortable! Just like home! I would recommend to others. Thank you.
