Through a private outdoor staircase leads to the first floor. This is a large living room - dining room with fireplace and access to large terrace facing east. On the opposite side, very well equipped kitchen. Locked room next to the kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. From this room there is access to a large rear outdoor patio with barbecue. Through an internal staircase that starts from the dining room, you reach the upper floor. This one suite room with private bathroom and outdoor balcony is. Summary: The two weeks holiday were an amazing experience for the whole family. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for living there. It's located on a quiet street and it was a four minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The owners were very nice and helpful with settling in. Overall, we thought the house was very good value for the price and very comfortable. I recommend it for a family or even just a couple.

Summary: Everything in the description is correct and we were very positively surprised by the cleanliness, the equipment and the great location. Only 5 minutes to the beach and everything is necessary in the immediate area. The car and the beach equipment could be parked shady and secure in the large garage. Through two large terraces there is always the possibility to enjoy a shaded spot. But the best thing about this holiday home is the friendly welcome and flexibility of the landlords. We are mom and dad with 3 children aged 11, 12 and 16 who enjoyed their holidays in Platja de Pals very much. We will definitely be back in 2018. Greetings from the Frieg family from Germany

Summary: My husband and I rented this lovely house for 2 months for May and June in order to explore the Costa Brava region by bicycles. The property description corresponds exactly to what the house has to offer. While not very big, the house is extremely comfortable and offers many places to sit and relax. Having the 2 bedrooms and the 2 full bathrooms is not only perfect for a family with children but quite suitable for 2 couples. The hosts were friendly and very helpful with advices on the region, location of markets, etc. The location is simply perfect: quiet and away from the busy street that leads to the beautiful beach yet only 500 meters walk to enjoy the Mediterranean waters. Many restaurants, cafés and grocery stores are a short walk away. The only suggestion we have would be to install air conditioning in the bedrooms for the hot nights when the temperature soars. We are seriously considering renting this property again next year.

Summary: Very nice and very clean house. Tastefully decorated and well equipped with good quality bedding - towels - kitchenware etc having everything we needed for a great stay. Pleasant quiet location but only 5 mins walk to the beach > variety of restaurants and large supermarket similar distance. The owner was very helpful, we would recommend this house.
