Summary: The views from the house over the bay are stunning. The close access to Paimpol harbour, 15 minute walk, so convenient, no need to drive. Paimpol is a great location, harbour, good restaurants, friendly staff. A great holiday location and property if you have a dog. The beach is 5 minutes away and lifeguard present for bathing.

Summary: Having passed many holidays in France, this was the first time in Bretagne. The site, Paimpol, is a medium sized town with a nice port and one can find every offer, necessary for a nice holiday week. The house, was ideally located at the border of the twon with a magnificent two side (!) on the coast line and the ocean. Especially the sunrise in the morning was impressing. The booking process was not complicated, a lot of proposals from the owner, what to do in the area, the reception very cordial, so we had a nice time. If one thing should be critized, it was the state of the barbecue, which needs really refreshment. If you want to enjoy Britanny, it‘s a good place

Summary: Very nice contact to Alain and Vincent. Alain was very responsive on mails upfront. Vincent was very responsive and reliable for check-in and check-out. Even at a very early time we left. The house is really beautiful and exactly meets the description. We had a very nice stay with 2 families and 2 dogs. We can highly recommend this cosy house.

Summary: The photos don't do justice to quite how nice and how perfect the location was for us! The beach is less than 2 minutes walk away, the lovely town and marina takes about 8 minutes, and eating breakfast and dinner on the veranda in the sun was so nice. The house is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, coffee machine, sun loungers, and three very nice showers. It took us a little time to figure out how to use the induction hob properly but we got there in the end. Mr Ménard was very helpful on the phone and we had no problems with our stay. We would definitely recommend staying in this house.
