A perfect getaway beach house for up to 4 ADULTS ONLY (age 25 & older) looking to relax, unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet.
Rental is NOT SUITABLE for children. Max occupancy is 4 adults.
Enjoy a cozy, clean, comfortable, sunshine filled, 2-bedroom beach house directly across the street from Sinepuxent Bay, located within the Assateague Pointe Resort Community (Berlin, MD).
The house is located 5-miles from the boardwalk / inlet / 1st street or 5-miles to Assateague National Seashore natural beach (home of the wild horses) and within a safe & gated community, monitored 24/7. It's on a very quiet corner lot with a wonderful water view of Sinepuxent Bay.
Home features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Once bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a full/double bed and a twin bed.
Experience this rental as your "home", while enjoying all the fun activities and eateries the Ocean City area has to offer.
Location is everything! This rental is perfectly located close to everything you'll ever need during your stay. All within a 5-7 minute drive & without having to deal with the heavy traffic associated with the immediate beach area.
You'll find convenient locations that sell bags of ice on your way to the beaches, retail outlets, food stores, Wal-Mart Super-center, Home-Depot, family style and all-you-can eat seafood restaurants, gas stations, golf courses, natural beaches i.e. Assateague National Seashore, O.C. beach with a boardwalk, water park and even a major local casino 7 miles away.

Summary: We had a fantadtic time and really enjoyed our stay in Mark and Millies beach house. The house was beautiful and the location perfect for our stay. Millie and Mark supply many extras not usually found in a rental. I would rate them higher than a 5.

Summary: Owner is one of the nicest people you will meet. We enjoyed our stay for our fishing trip. Rental is well maintained and comfortable. We had 4 men lodge very easily over 4 nights. I would recommend for families too.
