The 1200 sq ft house has a Hot Tub & comfortable patio furniture, large private yard w/ shaded dog kennel & lots of on site car & boat parking. The interior has just been renovated & has individual A/C controls for main area & all 3 bdrs. It's surrounded by a dozen Wineries ,Bistros, Skaha Bluffs nearby & 10 min from Penticton. Come! Enjoy!

Summary: This property was exactly as descripted. Its was clean, bright and fresh. Lots a space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, lots towels, and amenities. The beach was a short 3 min walk, the boat launch is 2 blocks. The location is perfect, and beautiful. The falls hotel had great food, tickleberrys ice cream was good. Dale was great to communicate with. We definitely would stay again.

Summary: This is an A+ property. With clean & gorgeous furnishings, beautiful lawn and hot tub/patio area, visitors are set to relax. Dale was great with communication and we specifically loved that we could walk everywhere (it's not often we get to stay within 2 blocks of a beach with unparalleled views). While we unfortunately were sick for part of our stay, the quality beds and air conditioning made even that as comfortable as possible. We'd love to come back.

Summary: House was exactly as advertised. Very nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. A/C heat pumps were excellent. Nice back yard and deck with BBQ. We did find ourselves driving to Penticton a fair bit, but we did expect that. Thank you Dale!

Summary: Great location, a few minutes walk to lake / beach and groceries. Lovely deck with hot tub and barbecue. Host very helpful. Would stay here again.

Summary: Dale has done an amazing job with this house. Everything is first class. Since we were one of the first into this listing, there were no reviews to go by. We had no idea what we'd find. We were thrilled when we opened that door. The beds are super comfy (a king and two queens bedrooms), kitchen is very well equipped, living room has a large tv and comfortable sofa. The back yard is beautiful, and includes a very nice hot tub complete with waterfall feature. We were entertained several times a day with 20+ quails in the backyard. Just a few houses up the street is a food truck that has delicious food, we enjoyed the little town bakery and the famous Tickleberrys was just a ten minute walk from the house. The beach/dog beach/kids water park is just 5 minutes in the other direction. Penticton is only a short drive away. Despite the smoke from forest fires, we loved it here and will definitely recommend it to others, and we will be back. It is a very relaxing, peaceful setting. Thanks for everything Dale!
