Positive: Location and views were excellent. Great bbq area despite also having one on our balcony too. Super easy transfers to and from airport/port and the guys were great.

Positive: Location was spot on, use of the private pool was handy as was the outdoor setting with the grassed area. Air con in the bedrooms and the lounge, TV in the lounge and bedrooms. The rubbish collection from the waste access hole was very handy. The use of the buggy was exceptional as was the valet service to and from the airport. We will definitely recommend Hibiscus Lodge to our friends and family and come back ourselves.
Negative: There were a number of small items that needed some attention such as a broken towel rail, the drawer units in the second bedroom were broken and not usable and one of the gas control knobs on the cooktop was broken and not usable. Not of these were disastrous, they just need a bit of attention.
Summary: Hibiscus 004 was a great venue for our short break

Positive: Dean picke us up from the airport, we had the key and the buggy, followed Dean to the apartment. It was a good one.
Negative: The locker of the my apartment judt didn't work properly, it was very hard to turn the handle to open the door. The washing basin is almost blocked, the water drainage is very slow. It will be nice if you can leave a small container of milk for guests to make a cup of tea before they can stock up their groceries. The left blind was completed worn out, it can't be pull up or down. Considering the charge of each night, these small maintaince and repaires should be kept up.

Positive: Staff were lovely and the location is excellent. Loved that the buggy came with the room. Great facilities within the room and was great for our family.
Negative: However we found that the beds were very hard and the lighting in the room very bright at night.

Positive: Location and view from the balcony was great. Kitchenette was useful. Reasonably quite. Walking distance to Cats Eye. Well kept gardening.
Negative: Storage in hallway was taken over by cleaning tools and mops. Floor was not clean BBQ is greasy, unstable, and its wiring are exposed. You should get a proper BBQ. Bed mattress too soft. No place to hang washing Buggy is pretty rundown compared to the ones we saw around the island
