Positive: Overall our stay was good and no major problems.
Negative: The outside light for the stairs is not working and railing is loose. We had a 24 month old with us and those stairs are dark at night. The kitchen faucet is very loose. There were a few roaches but I know that’s an island wide problem-just letting you know for if there’s anything you can do. We were unable to park in the driveway- someone was working on neighbor’s driveway and he said he had done this houses last week and there’s a soft spot. We had 3 vehicles so the street was a little full.
Summary: Good place to stay. Right on the water.

Positive: Great location! Good size rooms!
Negative: Downstairs a/c wasn’t working the best ! Parking was terrible! Nails sticking out of deck boards ! Cut foot first day on nail! Needs a new refrigerator! Not enough shower towels
Summary: Was an ok stay for the most part ! We would go back just for the convenience to beach
