Complex in Loiza, just 25 minutes from the airport, the city center, parks, and art and culture. You'll love the place, the peaceful forest views, the friendly people, the perfect location, and the ambience. The place is good for couples, adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids) and big groups. Villas del Mar Beach Resort is located east of San Juan in Loiza, PR. near St Regis Bahรญa Beach Resort. This two bedroom villa is fully furnished and offers a great & affordable family or romantic getaway setting. This tastefully decorated & furnished villa is located in a quiet gated community in the village of Loiza.
This Beach Front Villa measures 1,200 sq. ft. and is furnished to accommodate 2 to 6 people comfortably.This luxurious villa is designed for complete privacy it has Unique furniture, lighting, and decor for every room and living room. Its location is on quiet calm area it is so quiet that you can hear the waves as the beach is 50 steps away from the property.
From the private balcony you have a direct view to forest. Coqui is the island native frog at night you can hear the frog singing coqui, coqui, coqui. If you're looking for a calm area this is your place!!The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel refrigerator & stove, wind shutters, two bedrooms, master suite room queen size bed, secondary suite with full size bed, and twin bed.
It is a great property with security 24 hours, we also have bunk beds available for kids, cable T.V. 2 plasma, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, washer and dryer. Fully equipped so you would feel like home, two parking spaces in front of the property tastefully decorated.
One of the privileges for my special guest is, I will include Internet and a telephone (local and U.S. call) with no additional charge. I have prepared a binder with tourism information. It has pictures, addresses, and phone numbers in order to use it with you. When you make your reservation I will send you more information by email in order to you and your family will start studying and you won't be lost when you get to P.R
The location is perfect for visiting all the tourist landmark areas of Puerto Rico including the Yunque Rain Forest, Old San Juan, the El Morro and St. Cristobal Forts, "Chinchoros de Luquillo", Culebra and Vieques. The location is also close to various entertainment venues, as well as clubs where you can enjoy the San Juan nightlife, and concert halls and within a short drive.
Luis Muรฑoz Marin International Airport is 15 miles from the property. You will also find information of the main touristic areas near the property (Top attractions) El Yunque National Forest 10 miles, horseback riding 10 miles, Old San Juan 25 miles, Fort El Morro 25 miles, San Cristobal Fort 25 miles & others just fifteen miles away. Summary: We loved everything about our stay! The check in process was easy (despite our late night arrival). The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The complex was also very nice, the pools were clean and the beach was beautiful. We loved the neighborhood, the local restaurants and proximity to the airport. Lesley was a spectacular hostess! She was quick to answer all questions and provided us with an abundance of helpful information. We would absolutely return to stay at this beautiful vacation spot again! Thank you Lesley!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home itself is gorgeously decorated. AC worked great. My kids loved the pools & easy access to the beach. We were close enough to easily explore the rainforest, Luquillo, and multiple beaches. Loiza is a cute little town with a great vibe. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the great memories.

Summary: The condo apt was very nice, had two outside patios and two full bathrooms. There was 24 hour security. However, the hot tub was not very hot and there was no access to the beach near the one pool, was under construction but for the most part the condo was very clean and had everything that you needed but the location of of condo, you needed to drive to places cause there was nothing close by.

Summary: Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay. Apartment was clean, close to the beach! Had all the anemities that we needed. Would recommend staying here if visiting the east side of the island!

Summary: Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable for us, and fully stocked. There is no beach due to erosion, but the pools are nice and clean. Leslie was great with her communication.

Summary: Lesley did a great job of communications before during and after our trip. We had a minor issue with the TV (not that we used it much) that was easily addressed within the hour. The apartment had everything we needed and included a complete variety of things for use at the beach. We're looking forward to our next stay!

Summary: Great location and fantastic hosts, they were very helpful and kind. The condo was very clean and comfortable, AC, beach supplies and amenities for cooking were available. Can only recommend this place to anyone else who wants to be close to the beach and the pool was relaxing and quiet. Very close to the rain forest and San Juan.
