LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION! We invite you to enjoy our professionally decorated and executive furnished, 2 story, 5 bedroom Mediterranean style villa (built with pool and hot tub). Be our guest and enjoy a south facing (sun all day) private lot (no rear neighbours) providing million dollar views of Solterra's beautiful conservation area. Ideally located in the gated Solterra Resort - one of most popular and newest luxury vacation resorts in the Disney area - approximately 15 minutes from Disney. The villa features one of the best lot positions in Solterra and is a short 2 minute walk to Solterra's stunning clubhouse which includes resort-style pool, café and bar, Lazy River, Water Slide, tot lot, volleyball court and tennis court. This luxury beach and spa themed vacation villa is perfect for your Florida vacation escape.
The villa features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths including two master en-suite bathrooms (one on the main floor). Each bedroom features a flat screen TV with cable, and is professionally decorated and furnished. We know how important a good nights sleep is after a full day at the parks, so all our king beds now feature one of the most luxurious mattresses - the top rated Beautyrest with "Pressure Smart" technology providing comforting support and motion separation for an undisturbed sleep.
The second floor also features a large dedicated entertainment area, with large screen HD TV, Blue-Ray and PS3 players, and modern leather seating. The villa is fully air-conditioned (including the games room) and has secure WIFI.
The main floor formal dining room complements the casual elegance of the villa’s “beach and spa theme”. The wired brushed reclaimed wood dining room table can accommodate 10 or more.
Gourmets will love the kitchen which includes a centre piece granite kitchen bar and stainless steel appliances including a gas range. The living room flows to the modern and spacious pool/hot tub extended lanai area featuring luxurious conversation set furniture, resort style chaise lounges and an outdoor flat screen TV – ideal for outdoor entertaining. The fully screened lanai area is perfect to enjoy the full day sun provided by the south facing lot which backs on to a wonderfully private conservation area. Finally the games room provides another large dedicated living zone for those who want to have a little fun playing ping pong, foosball or air-hockey.

The Villa is minutes away from world-class entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The resort is ideally located near I-4, approximately 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes to Universal, 25 minutes to the International airport and a few minutes from Champions Gate and 54 holes of world class golf (including two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman). For those wishing to take a day trip to the beach to make sand castles, surf or watch the dolphins, Cocoa beach and the Ocean is less than an hour away. Tampa Bay and the romantic Gulf Coast sunsets are just a one hour drive away. Summary: This was our fourth time in Orlando and third time in Solterra and we really enjoyed this home the most. The process began with a very easy reservation interaction and smooth and easy communication with Gary. Once that was complete, Anita took over and addressed any and all questions or concerns with the house, and she too was incredibly communicative in a fast and friendly way. The house itself is wonderful and just as described in the listing. It is decorated in a way that lets you know great care was taken into consideration in curating all of the Knick knacks and decor. Really fun and warm and inviting. We were there with our family - two adults and four adult aged kids and we all loved the general layout and attention to detail. As other have mentioned the pool area is just great and the lanai Is perfect for when you want to step out of the sun but still be with the family outside. We had no problems at all while we were there, but it’s a house and one can expect some issue to arise. I have great confidence in Anita and Gray that they would address any concern immediately. We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave.

The open floor plan was very family friendly and the renovated kitchen was pretty and functional. The game room was so much fun for the kids. Summary: We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this property and can strongly recommend it for family visits to the area. It is a very well presented and comfortable home. The living areas are spacious and all the rooms are nicely fitted out with modern and well maintained equipment / fittings that help to make it feel like home from home. The back yard with pool, hot tub and seating area are perfect for relaxing at home in the nice weather. There is also the excellent resort club available just a 5 min walk away with much larger pool and lazy river if you want to stretch out a bit more in the water (there is parking too). The location is handy for most of the major tourist sites focused around southern and central Orlando (Disney etc) which are anything between a 20 - 50 min drive away. This largely depends on your timing and thereby the traffic. The I4 in particular can get very congested. This is typical for most 'base' locations around Orlando though as it can be hard to avoid the I4 with some of the more popular attractions in mind. We liked this particular location because we wanted to venture away from Orlando too, and that was easy because Davenport is on the edge of the city. Finally we couldn't have asked for more friendly and helpful hosts with Gary and Anita who own the property. Their communication was excellent before and throughout the stay and they were always just a quick email response away if there were any queries.

Summary: The property, property Manager and owners are all fantastic. Exactly as advertised, even with the added feature of hurricane Milton. This was our "Plan B" as hurricane Helene foiled Plan A. Owners, Anita and Gary are simply the best. Top notch communication throughout our stay. Property Manager made sure we were prepared for the hurricane and most importantly the house is solid as a rock! All amenities are as advertised. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, so pleasant! We didn't have HURRICANE on our BINGO card, nevertheless our stay was great and we will be back! Don't hesitate to book this property. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: We had an excellent time here. The host for the Villa was amazing. They communicated everything and was very easy to get ahold of before our stay and during if needed. They worked with us on our special request. The house was definitely what the pictures show. It was nice and roomy for our family. There was lots of things to do for our family especially on a rainy day. The hosts made us feel like home. Will definitely stay there again on our next vacation in Florida.
