The screened-in private deck with comfortable seating is the perfect place to enjoy unobstructed sunsets over the Bay. The first floor’s hallway offers a coffee bar with mini fridge and a full laundry area. The SW king bedroom with flat screen TV offers amazing Gulf views, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and private deck access. The SE king bedroom with flat screen TV and private deck access with Gulf views shares a full bathroom in the hallway (shower/tub combo) with the final bedroom on this level – 2 sets of twin over full bunks with flat screen TV!
On the second floor, enjoy soothing tones with a spacious, open plan. Lots of comfortable seating and tile floors, and large glass doors provide loads of natural light and stunning views of the Bay from the screened porch. The large, screened-in, covered deck is perfect for relaxing and offers comfortable seating for taking in sunsets and coastal breezes. Back inside, the fabulous dining table with upholstered chairs seats 10, and kitchen counters seat 6, providing lots of room for your crew at mealtime. A highchair and a children’s dining table are provided for the little ones in your crew. The large kitchen features fabulous appliances including a standalone ice machine as well as a separate beverage cooler for all your extra beach drinks. Large Corian counters provide lots of meal preparation space, and the chef in your crew will appreciate being able to visit with guests and take in coastal views of the Apalachicola Bay and Gulf while preparing beachside feasts!
