Positive: The location was very good as we could walk to the beach. The space was very convenient in terms of accommodating my family and pet. That was definitely a plus. We could use the kitchen and the fact that there were two washroom was a also convenient.
Negative: It was difficult to reach the host and didn't know how to access the premises. Once I spoke to someone he was very pleasant. The premises could use a little more cleaning.

Positive: Location was absolutely perfect. Beds were big and comfy. Overall place was relatively clean. The host was super helpful over the phone, although there were some communication issues at the office. Overall, my friends and I truly had a blast on our trip, that’s all that matters.
Negative: Lights in the kitchen weren’t working so we had to navigate it in the dark, but it was a very minor inconvenience for us.

Positive: we had our own space we didn’t have to walk through anyone else’s area, there was multiple floors so we could all spread out as well
Negative: the ac didn’t seem to work super well, small things like a handle in the master room would lock you in if you closed it

Positive: Location is amazing, it is very close to the beach and arcade and fun activities for the kids. Just a walking distance. Very convinient with small kids especially with baby. Would recommened for sure.
Negative: Parking is a bit of an issue, getting a hold of the staff is a bit hard, if you need something or have questions, they take a while to respond or they don't respond. Neighbours are not so nice, even though we had to listen to a big party all night till 3am in the morning and never complained about it because of our baby and our daughter that couldn't sleep from it, it became an issue on our check out day that neighbours were giving us issues about parking and getting out of the parking while being blocked off, and giving us and other guests there a hard time while those same people made a big party and were very loud until 3:00am the night before.

Positive: Location was perfect! Right on the beach/river. Views from the room were beautiful and the house was spacious.
Negative: Barbecue did not work, there was no dishwasher pods, so we were not able to use the dishwasher, had to wash all dishes by hand. Limited supplies in the kitchen, no oil or salt. No recycling either. Fire alarm also randomly turned on.
