Summary: The cleanliness of the unit was fine, but the unit definitely has shown some wear. I also found the process of putting the burden on the renter to take inventory of the condition of the entire unit onerous. I've not had to do that anywhere else.

Summary: Very impressed with the property. Much larger than expected. The view is stunning and just a 2 minute walk to the Broadway turnaround downtown. Property is very clean and updated. Was very surprised how quiet it was...very relaxing. Management gets an A for their communication. Got a a call the same day introducing themselves along with making sure I had everything correct. Got another call the day before check-in to touch base. This rental is a must and we got a great deal on it too. Thank you!!!

Summary: This place was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy a getaway, with beautiful views of the ocean. Even with a very rainy weekend it was great being so close to everything and having a warm fire to come home to after adventuring around the beach while with lots of rain.
