Positive: It was very clean and comfortable. Both beds had memory foam and were the most comfortable rental beds we had slept in. Unit had washer/dryer which was great after pigeon incident 😳 Shopping and restaurants were an easy walk.

Negative: It is on a busy street with unkept yard, but has a great location to walk a block to the beach and we still enjoyed sitting out front.

Summary: Would book again!

Positive: Great location, adorable bungalow with everything we needed. Super close to the beach, and a stocked kitchen so I was able to cook every day without bringing equipment. They're welcoming of pets, which was the most important thing!

Negative: It was great. Only real issue was that most of the batteries were dead, or nearly dead (TV remote, fireplace remote, both electric candles in the living room) Also, the listing said there was a Blu-ray player but I didn't see one. Again, no big deal.

Positive: We loved the location. It was so beautiful so close to the beach. My husband found the bed uncomfortable, but I slept like a baby. The shower had great water pressure and all the windows allowed lots of sunshine in.

Negative: We never found the remote to the fireplace, that would have been nice. The pillows were very flat. There was a lot of dust build up on window ledges.
