Summary: Condo is a bit small for four, but deck space and sunsets make it very “workable”! Would be nice to have a few more cooking essentials (we love to cook so salt, pepper, olive oil and coffee filters) would have been appreciated. Masks, snorkels and fins are best brought with as many were broken, but chairs were great to have on hand. Some great snorkelling right out front - staff lovely especially the security man out front! Thanks Gloria.

Summary: Beautiful spot right on the ocean, as a whole the unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and Gloria was a joy to deal with. I would recommend the following inexpensive additions / changes to make your guests' stay even more enjoyable in the future: 1- Include a kettle (instead of two coffee makers) for tea drinkers; 2- For people who intend on cooking, include one container each of salt and pepper in the kitchen (instead of two containers of salt), some cooking oil, and some tea towels (to dry the dishes); and 3- Fix the shower water temperature control, past guests have complained about this and it is still not fixed, showering here is NOT an enjoyable experience. Also, I had pretty bad allergies at the end of our stay, especially while in the bedroom, my guess is there is as much dust accumulation in the bedroom wall A/C unit as there is on the bathroom fan, maybe time has come for some deep cleaning and maintenance. Finally, I do not understand why we had to pay an extra $59 for the "Property Damage Protection" to stay here, the real value of this property is in its location, there is nothing of great value in the apartment itself that would be costly to replace, most of the items at risk of being damaged or broken are older and far from luxurious. Maybe having a smoke detector installed in the unit would make more sense, as far as protection is concerned. I will definitely consider renting again if the above shortcomings get corrected. A big thank you to Gloria and Jose for sharing their condo on the sea with us!

Summary: We honestly had a great stay at Gloria's beach apartment. Although small, the apartment was comfortable, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. In addition, it was conveniently located near many beautiful beaches and good restaurants in the area. However, the best part of this property was the amazing ocean view from the balcony. We were able to have our breakfast and/or coffee from it every morning, and enjoyed watching multiple spectacular sunsets as well. Our only issue with the apartment was the shower, as we were not able to set it at a comfortable temperature, and kept fluctuating between very hot and very cold. As a host, Gloria was outstanding. She was very accessible, responsive, and kind. All in all, we had a great experience at Gloria's beach apartment!

Summary: The unit was comfortable and has an outstanding view from the balcony. Sunsets are especially nice! The beach is small and the shallows are rocky, but there were a few places where we we were able to snorkel and saw a few corals and fish, including a barracuda. The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool. There's also an interesting short hiking trail, the Ducot trail, that starts at the south end of the beach and runs a mile or so through the woods along the coast. We had a minor issue getting through the gate because the code sent to us was out of date, but Gloria was responsive and we got in after only a short wait. We also didn't like that we were required to take out a $59 "damage protection policy" through a thrird party, but we'd stay again.

Summary: Love, love, love this place! The most beautiful view from the balcony at any time of day! Gloria is always quick to respond to any questions. This is always my favorite place to vacation in PR.

Summary: We were looking for a nice peaceful spot that would be pretty safe covid wise and we found it! Nice and private. The complex practiced all the safety measures for covid and a plus was the restaurants we dined at required vaccination proof. The apartment was exactly like it was described. The balcony overlooking the beach was great for morning coffee and the beautiful sunsets. Our hosts were very accommodating and very attentive to the few questions we asked.. The location allowed us to stay at the private beach if we chose but also was just short drives(1/2 hr or so) from many of the beaches in and around Cabo. Very close proximity to the great restaurants near by. Should we go back to Puerto again, I would hope that this property would be available!

Summary: We love to stay here. The view was awesome. The owner provides everything we need. Jose is very helpful. He ensured we have everything we need it. He communicated with us very well. We will stay again. Over all best stay for the price!
