This beautiful fully equipped corner unit condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious 400 sq ft ground floor patio. Accommodates 4 people.
The family-friendly gated-complex of Casa del Lago on Osoyoos Lake offers both resort style amenities and the comfort of your own private condo. Perched on the edge of Okanagan's warmest lake, the complex provides access to a beautiful sandy private beach, swimming pool (summer only), hot tub (summer only) and clubhouse. Minutes to amazing golf, hiking, biking and some of the world's best wineries and vineyards. Casa del Lago offers you the perfect place to enjoy the South Okanagan!
Strata rules require minimum one month rentals. Availability is November to April. Preference given to 5-6 month renter.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
No smoking inside unit or anywhere on the complex or parkade. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
No glass or bottles outside of condo (large fine imposed by strata.)
