Positive: The location was outstanding, right on the beach!! The view was incredible
Negative: Property needed some TLC and maintenance. We also had a problem with cockroaches. We were disappointed that there was no electric kettle and the toaster was broken.
Summary: Would stay again only if updated because the location is wonderful

Positive: The location right on the beach, spacious house and terrace. Parking was also a plus Overall the house has great potential!
Negative: Unfortunately I had a bad experience during my stay. Was only at this property for 2 days and was surprised to see many things weren't cleaned, especially all the kitchen utensils and crockery. The BBQ still had aah leftover from the previous guests and overall the house required some light maintenance which is understandable considering its proximity to the sea. The worse part of my stay was when the water was cut off at 9:00 am on the last day with no warning whatsoever apart from someone turning up and telling us it was going to happen within 5 minutes. With 3 kids it certainly wasn't easy as couldn't prepare breakfast, could not go to the toilet and couldn't even wash my hand nor any dishes or take a shower. Checkout was at 12:00. The worse part is that no alternative was offered, barely any apologies and no compensation of any form. I had to clean most things I touched, also floors, terrace furniture ect. And pay the HEFTY price of €150 which is a joke considering only the towels and bed sheets were clean, the rest was of very poor standards. Also I contacted the manager and booking to explain the situation and asked at least to compensate the cleaning as a fair gesture and something for the water been cut off on last day. It is a shame as this house has very good potential. Both the manager and Booking customer service basically think that I am one of those customers that try to blackmail a bad review for a refund or compensation, which is ridiculous, as have stayed in many other places and never had any problems or need for compensation, simply out of principle and the unjustified cleaning price tag of €150 when I had to clean most things! Shame
