Summary: Not told that there's only 1 heater in the entire house. House cold in July (2022). Slats of blinds dirty, some didn't shut properly. Power points in some bedrooms inaccessible. Not enough lighting in the dining area or living room for reading in the evenings. Some of the lamps in the bedrooms did not work- need new bulbs. Sliding door in pool room needs maintenance. Radio does not work. BBQ dirty thus not used. Toilet paper - only 1 roll in each toilet. Not thick enough 'quilts'. No screens on windows - it would be a problem in summer. Only 1 oven glove. No dishrack for drainage of dishes. One of the 'wheels' in dishwasher keeps coming off. One of the stove top is very dirty- no cleanser provided. 2 queen-sized mattresses are too hard. It is pointless having a renovated kitchen, bathroom & 'stylish' furnishings if the basic things are just junky. It's disappointing that the photos & descriptions of what the house contains are inadequate and deceptive. The location of the house saved the holiday from being unenjoyable. A pity.

Summary: A lot of maintenance issues but overall did the job. Gardens needed weeding and bbq was rusty. No wifi and no tv channels worth watching. Plenty of blankets and kitchen well supplied.

Summary: Located just across the road from Kianga Beach, with a front verandah and large outdoor dining area, this house was in a perfect location. It's also close to the lovely Dalmeny beach and waterways, which is great for beginner surfers, while Kianga and Bar beach are better for advanced surfers. It's also a short walk to Bar Beach, across a lovely headland and through some bush, and five minutes drive into Narooma. There are so many gorgeous bushland areas around, great cycle tracks, and lovely towns nearby. The house is actually more spacious and more hanging out space than the property photos suggest. All the bedrooms are well sized, as are the bathrooms.
