Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with amazing ocean and sunset views. You will definitely relax hearing the ocean and seeing the most beautiful sunsets! The unit is located on the 4th floor providing great ocean views and breeze throughout the unit. There are two elevators for guests' convenience.
Spacious two bedroom with 2 baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area, a covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.
There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer.
Restaurants and bars and 3 minutes away in a car.

Summary: Two bedroom apartment with two baths well stocked kitchen very secure place washer and dryer nice to have. My only qualms was there is no beach no pool only rocks out front although there is a small beach access next door but we got in the car every day to go to a beach Ora restaurant and disappointed they advertised there was a work out room and a pool and there is neither of those. They should up date their website offerings.

Summary: we had a great time exploring the beaches on the west coast...beautiful public beaches....our condo was clean and comfortable and food stores and restaurants were all very close by...I would stay again!

Summary: Very nice abode. Well stocked. Only issue was a/c in the front part of the condo. Had to use fans to cool down.

Summary: We really enjoyed the visit. We had some issues, but the property management was VERY responsive, and it was noted and much appreciated. Very close (but a 2-3 minute drive) from groceries, shopping, restaurants, bakeries, souvenirs. There's a small beach within walking distance, but the great beaches require a drive. Steps Beach is 5-10 mins away. The night we checked in the power was out, so they moved us to temporary place for the first night. The power was back on by the next afternoon, so we moved back in. Two more power outages occurred through the next 12 days, and each lasted 3-4 hours. This seems to be a common thing for the neighborhood, and it was exacerbated by a June heatwave. It was the property's issue; it was a widespread power problems. They know about, so candles and matches can be found in the home. The ACs are only present in the bedrooms so expect the rest of the house to be HOT. Even with windows and doors open 24/7, the main areas stay hot. (Again, this is June during a heatwave.) We requested a fan, and that helped if it was pointed directly at us. The tub leaked steadily, and we informed a maint person. The clothes washer also leaked if you used more than a "Low" level of water. These should be fixed asap. But they did immediately replace a bad AC unit in the master BR. Very responsive! Good location with lots of access over all. Great view outside the windows.

Summary: Very accurate description. We have been visiting that area for 25 years. We saw dolphins and whales right from the balcony. Beds we’re comfortable! Would highly recommend.

Summary: Loved the oceanview, great kitchen, bedroom perfect, loved had 2 bathrooms. Property was at end of dirt road but felt safe because of security gate with key fob entrance. Only downsides if you opened windows bugs came in because no screens on any windows. Nice breeze but couldn't take advantage of it, again no screens. Maybe also add toaster.

Summary: This condo is spacious and has a spectacular sunset view. Beach access is a little tricky but it is an affordable and lovely unit. Directions are easy to follow and check in/out was a breeze!
