Inside you'll find custom tile flooring, a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and traditional coffee maker, tasteful and plush sienna leather furnishings, tv with satellite, and a wide selection of movies. Sliding glass doors open to private balcony with views of the Audubon Bird Sanctuary and beach below. Main level also has half bath, bonus room with dining for four and overflow sleeping utilizing day bed with trundle. Upstairs you'll find two master suites with private balconies, full baths, tvs, and decorated with your serenity in mind. Under the unit you will find parking, a charcoal grill, with pools and boardwalks nearby. Tour the local spots and take in the scenery on rented bicycles by roaming our island bike path--the perfect method of travel to the nearby island-tradition bakery! Other East end attractions include the Sea Lab, Estuarium, historic Civil War-era fort, ferry landing, Audubon Nature Preserve, sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, and Magnolia Park.
Complex amenities include two pools with covered cabanas and boardwalk access to the beach. This facility no longer allows tenant boat parking. Number of occupants limited to 6 at all times.
