If you are looking for a perfect place to unwind on vacation, this community has it all. This home is located in Lakes Edge, a lovely 14 unit beautifully maintained association.
No Pets/No Smoking
No Sheets or Towels
Beach must be picked up at the end of the day
Park one car in front of the unit. Any additional parking is in front of the big house by the road.
Trash can be thrown in the dumpster located by the entrance
Boats can be dropped in at our facility and trailers must be stored across the street from the Anchorage on our Well House property. Unit 13’s slip is the 13th one. Looking towards the water the first slip to the far left is #1.

Summary: The condo is nicely updated and provided all the amenities needed for our family of 4 and grandmother. We cooked both inside and out on the grill. Eating all of our meals on the lake front 3-season porch with incredible views. The sunrises each morning were spectacular! We were able to bring our boat and dock it right in front of the condo. We spent most of each day in the boat enjoying the lake. We used the beach a couple of times. The beach was clean and quiet with never more that 2 or 3 other families. All the condo owners/renters that we met were all very nice and helpful. As we drove in on our first day, we were received by someone on the beach waving and yelling "welcome." Brenda was great! Very nice and responsive to any questions or concerns before and during our stay. We lucked out with a great week of weather and had the best time making fun family memories. We would absolutely come back again!

Summary: The condo was clean, pretty much up-to-date, and was easy to just settle right into. The view was terrific and the beach access just right for the kids (you just might want to bring water shoes for the occasional underwater plants/gunk). I think our only complaints would be the AC window unit wasn't enough for the whole apartment (and the kids' room got pretty stuffy) and there were no floats or boats available for use. But these were pretty minor concerns. The upstairs' owners are family of this unit's owner, so they were available if anything came up. Everyone in the association was friendly and reasonable, and we never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Thank you, Brenda and family!
