Superb seaside villa. Perfect for family holidays or friends. In the peace of a private impasse, it is close (350 m) of the watched beach of Boisvinet and 500m of the town center and its trade as well as the marina. . Composed of 3 bedrooms (140 beds) and a bathroom with Italian shower, it also offers a complete independent studio for 2 people, with its bathroom and its bed of 160 on the ground floor.
The kitchen is redone, is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer) giving su rune small veranda perfect for breakfast. A living room that opens onto a large veranda reception and a garage. A laundry room with washing machine. Outside: a pool of 9mx4m
unheated, secure with a shutter and its terrace, a table tennis and a barbecue. The land (800m2) is perfectly enclosed.
Its location brings a calm assured.
This villa is non-smoking and our friends the dogs are also not allowed.
I request a deposit of 1000 euros refundable within 15 days after departure.

Summary: We enjoyed a two week stay in this fabulous house in August with 3 older teenage children. The house is spacious and well presented, it always seemed to be the right temperature. The property is incredibly well equipped and in a fantastic location. We are very much hoping to return. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil chaleureux

Summary: This is a lovely house for a family holiday. The property is well equipped and very comfortable for a family of four with grown up children. The kitchen is superb and there is plenty of room for everyone. The pool was very welcome on a hot afternoon. The owners are a lovely couple who are very kind and helpful. This was our third time in Jard and I’m sure we’ll be back soon.
