- No smoking anything inside. Smoking allowed outside or under neath the house. Evidence of smoking inside the house will result in $500 fine.
- Pets allowed w/ $125 pet fee. Max 2 dogs or cats at 50lbs each.
- Please keep pets out of the beds. Pets in beds will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100.
- Missing or damaged items like any keys, remotes, linens, dishes, appliances, decorations, furniture and furnishings are subject to a repair and replacement fee.
- No parties or large gatherings, all guests must be included in the reservation.
- NOTE: The property requires stairs to access.
- NOTE: There is no vehicle access (golf cart, car, truck, etc.) to the beach through the yard. Vehicle access to the beach is about 500 yards to the north on Hwy 87, just 2 houses down and very close.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front of the house facing the stairs, 1 camera is located at the top of the stairs facing down, 1 camera is located under the house facing the parking area, and 1 camera is on the back of the house facing the backyard. There is also a doorbell camera that faces the highway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. Tampering with cameras will result in a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
- Cleaning: We don't expect you to do a lot of cleaning when you leave, that's why there's a cleaning fee. But please respect our house and try not to leave it extra dirty. If something breaks during your stay let me know right away so we can work out a fair resolution. If we find something has been damaged during your stay after you have departed, then you will most likely be charged for that at full price.
- Checkout Instructions: Please clean out the fridge completely, bag and throw out all trash in the trash cans by the street. Please load and start the dishwasher, dishwasher pods are kept under the sink. Leave the sheets and comforters on the beds where they were. Please place dirty towels in the laundry basket by the washer and dryer.

Summary: Cannot say enough good things about the house, the location and the owner. They checked in the morning after our first nite just to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. They were responsive (almost within minutes ) to a few random questions. I loved the location, a little quieter area of the beach. The house was just as presented in the description, we will be staying here again!!

Summary: House was secluded & right on the water. Host communicated well & responded quickly. Only issues was the WiFi went out after a storm & the cell signals were spotty. Host quickly communicated updates & service was restored with a few hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was out 2nd visit to the Regal Seagull. Our trip was planned a week after Hurricane Beryl. We were able to easily communicate to find out if there was any damage to the property before making the trip. It's a nice, relaxing spot close to the water, not as much traffic on the beach, so its nice for the kids to play.
