Summary: Mr. Walter was lovely and very helpful. He was always ready to assist us, very pleasant. The property could be better maintained, but it is by the sea, so things get damaged by the salt. Moisture smell overall and rust on some utensils. We had a problem with one air condition unit and it was promptly taken care of, excellent customer service. very quiet property, great neighbors, wonderful view.

Summary: The location is amazing. Your own private beach, watching the sunrise. Nice quiet location. Kitchen is well-stocked and the owners had a jug of filtered water, which is much appreciated.Check-in infomration came very late. I needed to download What's app (which I did not already have), so communication was a little chaotic.Also, check out was posted as 11am, the cleaning lady showed up shortly after 9 am, which was not ideal for us.But I would stay here again.

Summary: Loved Caye Caulker and beachfront location. It was nice and quiet. We rented bikes and biked down to the ferry to the southern island daily. Pool was great and sitting outside by the water daily was lovely!

Summary: beautiful waterfront view on the relaxing island of north caye caulker. Walter, the property groundskeeper, was incredible and made our stay so wonderful. we enjoyed activities on the property like paddle boarding and kayaking, and frequently went to the split to water taxi over to the south island for food and drinks
