Summary: Great location. Our room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Love being so close to the beach. The only downside is people smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their rooms or on their balcony, despite a no smoking policy. It makes it hard to have your door open to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean, which is why we stay there. I would like to see this enforced. This hotel isn’t cheap and you are paying extra for the view and being able to enjoy your balcony. If I can’t be on the balcony then I might as well stay somewhere else for less than half the price.

Summary: This is an awesome hotel- the room was huge, top floor, had balcony with 2 chairs, oceanfront. We left sliding door open all night (has a screen door that we kept closed) to hear the surf. Shower had great water pressure and looked new. Full breakfast included in the price was great. Hotel had pool and jacuzzi but I didn’t use- looked nice and clean and provided swim towels. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Brookings- was amazing.

Summary: Staff was absolutely delightful. So friendly and helpful. Our room is really beautiful. We could see the ocean and we had access to a private beach.Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were several guests who smoked cigarettes near our balcony door so we couldn’t leave it open to listen to the waves was my only grievance. Not the hotels fault! Everything else, including breakfast was terrific. We will be back!

Summary: Staff was great, except for the person who checked us in. No keys that worked on the door, few directions, no details the room 407 was on the 1st floor, instead she said to take the elevator. Once we got in, the phone didn’t work to call the office in another building in the rain. Location was great!

Summary: Loved it is a Pet friendly Inn. And Walkable to beach with dogs. Staff is very friendly, helpful and stays for late arrivals. Room was spotless. Definitely a favorite for a return trip.
