Positive: The view was spectacular, especially from the grilling area above. The kitchen was amazing. We were traveling with 7 adults and a toddler, so having the pool available at the end of the day was a plus. The location was a bit remote, but it fit our needs. We were looking for a quiet location. We shopped at a nearby grocery store (about 1 mile away) almost daily and did quite a bit of grilling in the evening and we cooked breakfast every morning before heading out.
Negative: We were hoping that a usable beach was closer. We could have gotten into the water at a very small beach close by, but a beach appropriate for a toddler was about 1 mile away. Not really a big deal, just not what we were expecting.

Negative: Our bed was a soff mattress . Personal choice though . Some people like a soft bed.

Positive: Everything was amazing , villa was stunning! breathtaking view with the piece and quiet of the waves but also a short walk into town if wanted. Not for everyone if you like a lively holiday but perfect for what we wanted would very much recommend to stay here

Positive: Exceptional villa with high quality appliances, furniture and fittings. Dry comfortable and the beautiful view makes it very special. Quiet location but close enough to shops and restaurants. Lovely pool area and the view from the BBQ garden area is incredible. Perfect place for sundowners. Russell was a great host and communicating on what’s app was very easy and he was very helpful.
Negative: Nothing, it’s perfect.

Positive: Immaculate property, great location, very high end. Everything you need, we did our homework and I would doubt very much if you could top this villa in Malta.. awesome, Russell also the perfect host checking in regularly to see if everything was ok..
Negative: Nothing, I would only suggest you need a car as Malta is a lovely place to drive around and very easy to do

Positive: This is the best place to stay in Malta: perfect location to visit the whole island, Comino and Gozo. The heated pool and the unique garden/barbeque and outdoor kitchen make it even more exclusive. All perfectly clean, can´t think of something that was not available. Very quite neighbourhood, but yet close to Mellieha Bay. Nice walkingtrail starting from the villa. Russell answered very quickly to our questions.
