2 Bedroom Condo in Indian Harbour Beach

Concrete repair work will take place on the North and South sides of the building from 9/15–10/10 between 9am–5pm,M-F only with some daytime noise expected. The pool and beach remain open, and all balconies face east so your ocean views will be unobstructed.
Building Painting Project – October 13th to November 21st
The Indian Harbour Beach Club will be undergoing exterior painting during these dates (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays only if delayed by weather).
From 10/13–11/3, balconies on the east side will be pressure washed, prepped, and painted (walls & ceilings only, floors will not be painted).
• Balconies cannot be used during washing, prep, or painting, and must remain closed for 8 hours after painting is complete.
• A discount will be applied for any day your balcony is unavailable.
From 11/3–11/21, painting moves to the north, south, and west sides with little to no impact on your stay. The pool and beach remain open, and walkways will not be affected.
Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. On the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, guest bedroom has two twins, and the sofa is sleeper sofa. All linens and towels are provided. Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.
We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Summary: This was a perfect little getaway. The 2 bedroom condo was very adequately furnished. They even had plenty of beach towels and toys including chairs and umbrellas. Beach was not very crowded. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: We have been in that building already 4 times over the last years. It's a nice place on the beach. The appartment itself had all you need.The apartment had everything you need; the only thing that doesn't deserve 5 stars are the outdated appliances like the fridge and stove.The pans were all scratched too; we bought a new one and left it there. Nevertheless, we had a great time.

Summary: Very good stay. Cindy was awesome. Rooms were nice, pool was clean, short distance to beach. Wasn’t too crowded - perfect. We also enjoyed not having to wait when going out to eat and we were with 10-20 people every time. Great week. We would definitely return and stay again.

Summary: This property was perfect! Beach front, direct access to the beach, pool, ideal location for everything in the beachside/Melbourne area, launch visibility, you name it! The condo had everything we could have needed and more. Beach towels, toys, boogie boards, pool floats, chairs, etc. It slept our family of five perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Summary: First, let me say, the location was great! Peaceful beach community. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, shopping nearby. The balcony overlooks the ocean. We loved having our morning coffee out there while we counted the number of sea turtle nesting tracks all down the beach & watched the surfers. Room was spacious & had so much stuff that it actually became a running joke with our family. We would say, I wonder if they have ____ & then we'd look for it & ALWAYS find it. Fun game! Ha!!! Order a pizza? They have a pizza cutter. Need a bandaid? In the bathroom. Want to fish? Fishing pole's in the closet. It was just so well stocked. My kids really appreciated the pool & beach toys. We had a lovely stay & would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet family vacation.
