Newly built, this elegant beachfront home offers 5BR/4BA and is located on a “no cars allowed" section of pristine beach. The home boasts a private dune walkover, a magnificent chef’s kitchen, and huge Gulf-front decks. Separate living areas upstairs and downstairs each with a 65” Smart TV allow adults and kids their own space to relax. All 5 TV’s equipped with Roku devices. Bring your login information.
An outside hot/cold shower is conveniently located on the ground level along with a gas grill, picnic table and parking spaces for 4 cars. The kitchen features a huge island with seating for 8 and table for 4, an induction cooktop, 2 full sized ovens, microwave drawer, separate ice maker, under counter beverage cooler and a spacious walk-in pantry. Enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds of the gulf from this amazing home. Relax outside on one of two covered decks or stroll down the private dune walkover to sand and surf.
Please thoroughly read the Rental Agreement. The ENTIRE Agreement is strictly enforced. You and everyone in your group must comply with the rules, terms and conditions of the Agreement. Upon payment, you are acknowledging your acceptance. Any violation of rules/policies or any damage to the property will result in charges to your credit card on file.

Summary: This house is beautiful. It is open, airy, really thoughtfully appointed in both functionality and decor, and amazingly quiet. It's much more than what is pictured. There were 7 in my group and we were all very comfortable. We honestly couldn't ask for more. Also, both the owner and the property manager were super responsive whenever I had questions. I was delighted and would love to stay there again!

Summary: Beachology was the perfect home for our vacation. 3 generations were able to gather have fun and still find privacy when we were pooped. The walkover to the beach was perfection. My parents in there 80s were able to hang at the beach because they didn’t have to walk through the sandy dune.

Summary: This house was just beautiful. We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is a dream! This place was very kid friendly. On the outside, the stairs have a gate at the top and bottom. They even have a baby gate for the stairs inside and have children plates and utensils. The property manager, Travis, responded to our questions immediately. We had a great time and highly recommend this property! Also, the beds were very comfortable.

Summary: New, beautiful, well-appointed, and just as the photos show. This is a gorgeous and very comfortable home. No cars allowed on the beach and it's right on the water with a private walkover. We had a wonderful family birthday celebration. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Galveston.

Summary: Beachology was the perfect home for our multigenerational Christmas vacation. With nine of us—college students, newlyweds, birders, and 4 elderly siblings and members with unique needs—the house was a true refuge.The spacious island in the kitchen, two ovens and a wine cooler, was the heart of our stay, ideal for Christmas dinner and lively conversations. The large windows and balconies offered stunning views of the beach, making sunrises and sunsets magical. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the upstairs living area was a great extra space.Being right on the beach was fantastic, especially for our Christmas bird count. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, thoughtful, and even shared tips about migrating Sandhill cranes.This was the best rental we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Beachology! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, and gorgeous views. My family enjoyed the privacy of the beach and watching the sunrise every morning. Property manager was great and quickly responded to my questions. We'll definitely stay here again!
