COVID-19- We pride ourself and keeping a clean and tidy villa which in the past is shown by the reviews .
We have taken extra steps to make the villa safe and hygienic for your stay .
Relax & unwind! Come and enjoy the in-ground salt water solar heated pool, wash off in the outdoor heated shower.
This 2 bedroom Studio Apartment has an open living area upstairs, modern decor throughout with modern appliances- Dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, washer/dryer.
The downstairs rumpus features another small kitchenette which allows you to enjoy the outdoor deck with BBQ area, pay television and Wii games and outdoor kids playground area.
The property is secure and gated with a central intercom to the townhouse.
Cot and highchair facilities available with a detachable gate which can be mounted at the top of the stairs for the tots.
Bedding Configuration:
1 king bed- main bedroom
1 king size -which can be split into 2 king singles bed
1 double sofa bed.
All linen is provided at no extra cost.
The studio is situated on a large block. The Owners live in a detached main house with kids -very accommodating and sociable.
Small friendly dog on property and other dogs of the same nature welcome
COST OF $50 for dog for stay- maximum of 2 dogs - not allowed in villa unless garanteed house trained.
Please pick up any doggy do do s off the lawn .
No discrimination to smokers although no smoking in studio or rumpus.
Close to Warilla beach-100m. Little lake-300m. Lake Illawarra-1km
Number of clubs within walking distance. Warilla bowling club is less than 10min flat walk from villa.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was great and easy to live in. The location was also a winner - so close to the beach and a great park for kids nearby. We could bring our dog which made it a real family holiday.

Summary: Really lovely hosts who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay - but allowed us to feel at home at the property. We really enjoyed the pool, which we had to ourselves the vast majority of the time. Great location - super close to the beach.

Summary: Had a great week away. Hosts Scott and Donna were very hospitable and informative (as we're from Melbourne) and first time up here. Location of Villa (spacious, clean and tidy) is walking distance to the beach and only a few minutes drive to Lake Illawarra - great for boating and fishing. The Villa's outdoor entertainment and pool was great. Will definitely be returning again. John and Maggie W.

Summary: Definetly vouch this place even with weather not being the best this weekend I enjoyed the stay loved the view even got to take nice photos . Definetly a nice place to stay very satisfied and had everything needed .
