You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway or any other roads to cross to get to the beach. Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value for your money.

• 2 sets of custom-made twin bunk beds (lower beds close to the floor, upper beds with extra high railings)

Summary: Townhouse is clean, nicely decorated, and located about a 3 minute walk to the beach entrance. So nice that the kitchen includes basic pots, pans, knives and spices. Clear communication from owner. Mexico Beach is being rebuilt so there is quite a bit of construction. Very few restaurants but some good food trucks. Very quiet scene with beautiful, uncrowded beaches.

Summary: This was the cutest and coziest condo!! Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed plus some! The owners are very sweet and prompt with communication. It is a very short walk to the beach. Absolutely zero complaints! I will be returning hopefully sooner than later!

Summary: Location was great and we could walk to beach and fireworks. Recommend purchasing of new towels. Our bath clothes and towels were dingy and didn't look clean. 2 outlets left side of stove do not work. My husband had to repair the toaster for it to work. All in all great visit and we would definitely come again.

Summary: Our stay was nothing short of amazing. This place is a very short walk to the beach! The home itself was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice back patio area for cooking and hanging out. Property was very clean and exactly as described! We will definitely rent again! Communication with the owner could not have been better.
