Positive: The location was outstanding, minutes walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants. Beach was a two minute walk. House itself was beautiful, spacious and spread over four levels so everyone was afforded some privacy.
Negative: Just a small complaint, for the cost of the accomodation, a better offering of Bathroom towels would be expected. Two small bath towels (no hand towels or bath mats) would be a minimum in my opinion.
Summary: An excellent location and accomodation option. Would definetely stay again.

Positive: Spacious - good for family get togethers. Cole to the beach and shopping centre.
Negative: There was a smell in the downstairs bathroom- bin had not been emptied. Upper Double bunk bed in one of the bedrooms had not been made. The doona supplied with this bed was odourless and stained( this was quickly replaced once we made contact with the management). Much appreciated. There was no handwashing available in the ensuite bathroom and living area bathroom ( this was replaced without haste once management was notified ). Thankyou. The outdoor furniture was unsafe for use. Rusted through and requires replacement. There was an incident where guest fell onto floor on balcony from single seat. Luckily, the seat cushion cushioned the fall and there was no injury. Also, the larger lounge of the two had a support leg and it was duck taped- we found this after lounge became unstable.!!!
Summary: Ultimately , we had a lovely stay. This accommodation was booked for our daughter’s wedding. We prepared for the wedding

Negative: For families with young children, especially active toddlers, the layout is not very child-friendly. There are multiple stairs, which posed a safety risk, and we felt on edge most of the time. Cleanliness was another concern, as the rooms were not as clean as expected. For instance, there were visible oily marks on the dining table, and the bottom-level room was noticeably damp and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, guests are not permitted to use the garage, which was an inconvenience for our family.

Positive: Clean, spacious, great location. Beautiful We loved this house and holiday so much that we didn't want to leave.
Negative: The front door key locked a deadbolt that could only be opened from the outside. Be careful of that if you stay here with multiple people and someone goes out and locks up as they go, leaving the rest of the group trapped. Also would have been good to know the little fob attached to the keys opens the pool gate rather than email property owners and wasting a day waiting for a non existent code.
