Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. My kids especially loved the swimming pool, it was definitely their favorite part. They also enjoyed the play area, which had billiards, books, and fun little nursery toys to keep them entertained. The gym was quiet, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with clean rooms that smelled fresh. We really appreciated how cozy and inviting the space felt. One of the highlights for us was the TV sound system, it felt like we were in a cinema when watching movies!
Negative: The only downside of our stay was the parking arrangement. Unfortunately, there was no dedicated or permanent parking space available for the apartment. We had to rely on visitor parking, which was not always easy to find near the building. On several occasions, I had to drop my family at the entrance and then park a few minutes away, returning on foot. This was somewhat inconvenient, especially when managing luggage or with young children. It would definitely enhance the experience if a permanent parking solution could be provided.
Summary: Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Positive: My partner works for an international luxury hotel group with world famous hotels so we know high standards. This apartment is superb spotlessly clean, every single item in the apartment works and is brand new. The beds are comfortable and everything you could possibly need and more is provided. The toys and books in the kids room is such a nice touch. The terrace is lovely with views of the great swimming pool the kids loved this. Lifeguard always on duty and great with kids. The whole complex is clean bright and concierge staff so nice. The location could not be better the beach on property is quiet and set out really well but Yas Beach is a short walk away too if more facilities are needed. Getting around was so easy Uber taxi’s turn up in 3 mins. What can I say about the host Craig from the videos showing how to check-in, the welcome pack on arrival fruit cookies milk and more his great tips on where to visit and on our check-out day he arranged for his driver to keep our luggage and take us to the beach and come back at the end of the day with all our luggage he even stopped at a supermarket and pharmacy so we could get some items,a level of service I have never experienced in a rental property it was incredible. From booking to our departure the whole experience was exemplary we have recommended this property to all our friends in AD and abroad. Would we come back and book again absolutely without hesitation I only wish we had more time in AD. If your looking around Yas for a property to rent stop now and just book this one!
