Positive: Excellent location and very friendly and efficient staff. We had a number of requests, and they were handled promptly and efficiently - every time. The front desk is very effective. Even though the rooms are right on top of a very busy mall, you never felt like you were in a busy area. Our room was our haven away from all the busyness around us.

Negative: The pool area is small and noisy - not much room to relax in peace and quiet.

Positive: Modern, beautiful, clean, and spacious. Refreshing drink offered to all in our party while checking in. Many thoughtful touches and art throughout. Recessed lighting is sophisticated and I love the ambiance! Lots of light everywhere, including lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Great shower with lots of hot water and good pressure. Love the washer/dryer. Breakfast buffet was amazing and serene, lots of options. Easy room access and everything worked - although the large, main bathroom mirror light may have been out. Beds were very comfortable and loved the extra pillows! We stayed at 3 different places in Bali and this is easily #1 or 2. (Depending on if city or country is preferred). We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Negative: The in-room espresso machine water compartment lid had mold growing on it so I did not use it for coffee. My eggs were made to order elsewhere but came out too late - I had already finished breakfast and dessert! Breakfast was not 100% ready at opening time. Coffee water was cold and we had to wait for utensils.
