A 487-acre preserve focused on the preservation of coastal and wetland habitat. Activities include hiking/biking trails, canoe/kayak launch, and an observation tower. Down the road is Warner's Bayou,a boat ramp that leads out to the Manatee River. The home is also only a short 6 miles away from Anna Maria Island and Holmes beach. Enjoy the island life with amazing beach scenery, great food, shops, and entertainment!
You will feel right at home when you enter this light, bright and spacious home. Beautiful Oak wood flooring can be found throughout the home. Upon entering the home you're greeted with a unique 6 seating family room set up overlooking the Florida Room. This space also includes a workstation, perfect for the working traveler. The kitchen area is roomy and bright featuring white cabinetry and all the amenities you could need while on vacation. It offers plenty of counter space and cabinet space for those that love to cook homemade meals. The kitchen opens up to the living area space with counter bar seating. The living area showcases comfortable seating with a double reclining couch. Enjoy the 58inch TV to catch up on your favorite TV shows during some downtime.
Enjoy and relax in the glass-enclosed oversized Florida room complete with central AC. This space offers a large dining room table fit for 8 people. With easy access to the kitchen, this Florida room is great for entertaining friends and family. The breathtaking sparkling salt water pool is surrounded by beautiful pavers and is completely fenced in for added privacy. Seating and lounge chairs are available for your use.
The oversized master bedroom is light and airy and features a king sized bed, private bathroom, 43inch TV, and large walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom displays another king-sized bed and 32 inch TV. The second guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with 2 full sized beds and an additional twin size bed. Other benefits of this home include free WiFi, beach chairs and coolers for your use, towels and linens are provided, oversized 2 car garage with lots of storage, and not to mention, this home is beautifully landscaped for privacy. This home offers EVERYTHING you are looking for in a Florida vacation home.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.

Summary: Property was in a very nice quite neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Carpet need attention but other than that very clean an well furnished. We didn’t get to stay as long as intended because of hurricane Ian. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Summary: The house wasn’t that clean but the manager was always there for me , super fast responses from the team on charge! When I asked them to clean the pool they send someone to clean it very fast !! Quiet neighborhood!! After all we had an amazing time !! The kitchen just need new cabinets in my opinion because they smell really bad inside, and the plates and cups got the same bad odor … hopefully my comments can help for others to go and have a better stay !! Thanks for everything!! I enjoyed it anyway..

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed (although I recommend bringing your own TP, especially if you have women on your trip.) The pool was warm and even though no one came to clean it during our stay (maybe due to the weather) we still made very good use of it. We visited the Mote Marine Laboratory Aquarium which was about 30 mins away, I would highly recommend to anyone staying here. My son loved it.

Summary: The sunroom is the focal point of this home. Everything was there for us in the house from beach towels to pool toys. I would go back again for sure.

Summary: Comfortable and conveniently located close to beaches and shopping. Easy check in and responsive owner. Spent most time enjoying pool and private patio setting. Will definitely look to stay again during upcoming visits to the area.

Summary: This house is so so pretty! It was easy to find, the landscaping was well maintained. The house is spacious and everywhere you look are adorable pieces of art. The beds were all very comfortable. The sun room was perfect - the pool was fantastic (except for the fact that every day - it rained and the pool got filthy - and there was no pool vacuum available for our use.) Some issues: it kind of sucked that as a renter - you are requested not to park in the garage. It would’ve been nice to be able to pull our car in for loading / unloading luggage. The tv in the spare bedroom never worked, iRobot vacuum was fun to watch - but didn’t really work, the clothes dryer - in the garage - has an issue where you have to clean out the outdoor vent periodically in order for it to work properly. On Tuesday of our trip we had a large amount of water pooling in the garage in front of the washer and dryer but it was clearly not coming from the appliances - we called the office to let them know - but issue was never addressed. We had Issues with the WIFI - it was supposed to be available - but WIFI network was only available on some devices. None of the beds were made properly upon arrival - there was just a fitted sheet, a blanket and a flat sheet on top - quilts were all stashed in closets. The towel supply wasn’t as plentiful as we had hoped - but then we found a stash of towels in a laundry basket in the closet of the spare bedroom. Someone needs to go back through and re organize the hall closet according to the labels. After seeing the sign in the kitchen regarding the white laminate countertop’s - I was completely paranoid for the whole week that we would accidentally stain the countertop. On Thursday - the garbage disposal broke - dirty water shot up out of the sink - we called maintenance - they sent someone over a few hours after - the guy looked at it - and pretty much just said we need a plumber and then he looked at the water mystery in the garage - and said he had no idea what it was. And then he told us not to use the sinks or dishwasher and then he left. We were then unable to clean the house properly according to the rules bc we were unable to use sink or dishwasher. The right side recliner on the couch is broken. A lively home with some minor issues that I hope will be addressed after this review.

Summary: We had a couple of minor hiccups upon arrival, but overall the stay was great. There was no clean towels or washcloths. The linenes and towels were still soaking wet in the washer and dryer when we arrived. There was an issue with the washer/dryer being overloaded by the cleaning staff and the outdoor dryer vent was clogged up. We had to go buy towels and washcloths to shower with the first couple days because we didn't get a response until Monday about the washer and dryer not working. My husband was able to get the outside dryer vent unclogged and we were able to start using the appliances again. The issue with the washer not spinning out was due to the fact it was just really bad overloaded. Overall we had a great stay other than the minor linen issue.
